▪️ Review coordination effectiveness and strengthen partnerships.
▪️ Explore strategies for sustainability and resource mobilization.
🤝 Partnership opportunities that emerged included:
✅Collaborating with BMOs to co-learn effective advocacy practices.
✅Partnering with government institutions to build technical capacities.
✅Establishing model farms that include fruits and diverse crops, showcasing alternatives to banned pesticides.
✅Engaging with the Plant Health Bill to shape supportive regulatory frameworks.
✅Strengthening media engagement to highlight safe alternatives, especially following recent coverage on toxic pesticides.
📌 Final reflections of the meeting emphasized:
🔸 The need to document the impact of the TWG activities.
🔸Deepening collaboration with BMOs and government institutions.
🔸Broadening advocacy to farmers and consumers through model farms and awareness campaigns.
